Parent-Daughter Weekend

This weekend in early May is a chance for girls and their parents to try out Camp Juliette Low. Girls can become comfortable with the outdoor life at camp while parents share in the fun!

During Parent-Daughter Weekend, campers participate in many camp activities including canoeing, archery, crafts, the climbing wall, and (weather permitting) playing in the swimming hole at the river. Girls and their parents sleep in sturdy 4-person platform tents. Meals are handled just as they are during the summer: the kitchen staff prepares the food, and the campers (girls and moms and dads!) supply the clean-up power.

Of course, there are special events, campfires, and games. Parents are given the chance to watch the camp video and meet with some of the summer staff as well as enjoy camp activities with their daughters.

Pictures from past Parent-Daughter weekends are available in the Parent-Daughter Gallery.
