Summer Schedule and Fees

2008 Summer Camp Schedule

This year's schedule is a little bit different from that of previous years. If you're familiar with how CJL does things, make sure to look at this closely.

All camper sessions are open to all ages (7 years old through those finished with the 9th grade) except Gypsy Week, which is limited to girls ages 7-9. Girls who have completed the 10th or 11th grades may attend CIT sessions.

Young (7 or 8) or first-time campers may prefer a one-week session. Older, more experienced campers wishing to come for multiple sessions are encouraged to do so.

* A $100 deposit is due with the application. See below for details.

* It's recommended that $40 per session be put on deposit with the camp Trading Post on or before arrival to cover craft supplies, laundry, candy, personal items, CJL T-shirts, incidental supplies (stamps, envelopes, etc.), and so on.

Fee Reductions and other bonuses

• Campers who enroll before January 15 qualify as Early Birds and get a free camp T-Shirt, different each year and available only to the Early Birds.
• A 10% discount will be applied to the fee of a second camper from the same family. This discount is for one session only.
• A $50 discount will be applied to the fee of a camper responsible for referring a first-time camper to CJL. Make sure your first-time camper fills in the appropriate blanks on her application form so the office knows that you sent her!

Details

A $100.00 non-refundable fee is due with the application. This deposit applies only to the camper named on the application and cannot be carried over beyond the current camping season. The balance of the fee is due on or before May 1, although applications can be taken after that time. After May 1, there will be no refunds of camp fees except in limited circumstances according to camp refund policy, a copy of which will be provided on request). The $100.00 deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
